Very exciting! Am planning to get a X, definitely want the SST technology.
Talked to John at Sheptrans and he said he is testing this package. I asked if the gears and other internals looked good for bigger power and he indicated they do, and that the key thing is the clutch
discs.
So much development available for the new EVO engine…would be a shame to have the dual clutch trans and not have it work with 400 or 500 hp, easily obtainable with EVOs.
Many thanks to you guys for stepping up to the plate on this one.

Phuket M’Sports will be making better gears for the manual 6 speed to prevent breakage as occurs with the stock gears, particularly 3rd and 4th. Info will be available later.

if they have to use platinum in it, i think it will be expaensive for a long time unfortunatly perhaps after my use by date. platinum is at least twice as pricey as gold is. i did hear about some way of fusing platic to metal making it stronger than either of them on thier own that could be handy in a few years, for car parts and stuff.
